Well, I guess I got the answer to my MPG badge being duplicated under three different URLs on the Dropaholics widget! After I wrote Greg Mathews of Dropaholics regarding my dilemma, he immediately wrote me back and explained the problem he thinks is plaguing my issue. I was so thankful cause I was so upset thinking about MPG's badge being used by other blogs. See picture below? There's only one MPG not 3!
Anyway, I would like to extend my sincere thanks and gratitude to Greg for emailing me back to explain the reason behind this duplicate issue. Before I could even respond to his first email, I received a message from him to let me know that unfortunately, Dropaholics will be shutting down! 
Here is the passage from his post.
I am sorry to say that Dropaholics is shutting down.
There have been a number of bugs over the past 15 months with it and while looking into something recently I have discovered that the scripts that are meant to update blog info if it changes, ie blog button or title etc hasn’t been working correctly for a while.
Without fully investigating I don’t know exactly what has caused this to stop working, and at the moment I don’t have the time to put into checking and rewriting it.
If you are one of the 1300 blogs that have registered with the site then I want to thank you for taking part in it and if you have a widget on your blog could you please remove it.
I guess it's time to bid farewell to Dropaholics and I will be removing my widget at all three blogs. Like I told Greg, while I am very sad to see Dropaholics go, at least I now understand the reason behind my duplicate badges. I do hope to see Dropaholics back again one day for it was truly a wonderful if not the best widget for EC Droppers.

I have heard about this but never really got in to it. It sad to see this happen but i guess it is for the best. I think he is doing the right thing since he does not have the time to fix it.

i used to have dropacholic widget on my site too. i think it's pretty cool widget. however, since i stop being such a dropacholic, i removed it afterwards. :(

I totally agree Marzie, the dropaholics is one of the first EC groups I ever joined.. so sad to see it go...
remember how there were 2 or 3 MPG badge on my dropaholic widget then? hehe i thought it was because you were such a dropaholic! :-D now I know it was a bug... :)
