Perfect Birthday Scent

It was a perfect birthday for me this year! I received so many cool gifts and I had a fabulous time celebrating my special day with so many wonderful friends! B came home for lunch and surprised me with a lovely bouquet of lilies. They were so beautiful they literally took my breath away for a moment. My home-office is now enveloped with the heavenly scent of pink lilies, which by the way, means romantic. I guess B chose pink as it's one of my favourite colours. By the way, pink is also the colour of love, innocence, compassion and sweetness!

Among the wonderful gifts I received this birthday was a perfume from one of my best friends, who's also my neighbour - DD! Well, actually, she said it was from her new baby, Ali (who's super duper adorable by the way!). DD chose one of the most perfect gifts to give me - Pleasures Exotic by Estée Lauder! And, since it's one scent that I've been thinking of buying for quite a while now, it made her gift super sweet indeed! Thanks DD, I LOVE it!

Launched by the design house of Estée Lauder in 2004, Pleasures Exotic is classified as a floral fragrance. Both flirty and fun, this tropical delight will tempt and captivate you with its sparkling blend of exotic fruits and flowers shimmering in the air around you. The deliciously sexy fragrance of Pleasures Exotic is a fusion of Mango Passion Fruit Cocktail, juicy Citrus Fruits and watery Lychee combined with Island Bamboo Flowers, Orange blossom and dewy Bougainvillea Vine. Lush fruits and island flowers embellish the traditional Pleasures notes, while maintaining the sheer, fresh femininity of the original. To put it simply, this fragrance is an island paradise captured in a very pretty bottle.

Compatibles: Aries, Gemini, Cancer, Libra, Sagittarius and Aquarius

I have the pleasures too. I will check out the exotic the way you describe it makes me wanna feel the scent.I mean smell the scent !! :):)

Its so cool to have a good friend staying just above your apartment.

Btw, how do you usually handle such a BIG bouquet after a few days when you intend to dry the flowers? This is the part that makes me headache. Most of the time I will ended up getting mouldy stem all the way up. I see pple can get really nice dried flowers. How to do it lah? :)

He he! I'm smelling the scent now and it's making me want to buy the mini, but so far I haven't found the mini for this exotic yet. I have the normal pleasures mini, but the new ones are hard to find here!

Actually, I stopped drying my flowers oredi. I used to but after a while I'll end up with the mouldy stems u mentioned, so now, I'll just get rid of the bouquet after it dries out!! Besides it's not good for my sinus too cause it'll get all dusty when dried! :)

Marzie, so before the flower dried up, you faster snap more pic of it for remembrance lah.... hehe ;p

Every angle, every petal, every leaves... LOL !!

Oh ya, not forgetting the little card there too...
