This is great news for hardcore Alvin fans and I know there are plenty out there. As a kid, I loved watching the adorable antics of mischievous Alvin and his brothers Simon and Theodore on TV every weekend. It is just awesome to see them evolving into the movie stars they are today. And though I have not watched this movie, I've read raving reviews and it sounds like a wonderful family-oriented film every family should watch.
In this sequel, the talented and lovable singing pre-teen chipmunk trio return and deal with the typical pressures of school, their celebrity status and a rival female music group called The Chipettes. Acclaimed by critics as having made a great new addition in this sequel, The Chipettes appear to be loved by fans and I can't wait to see them rock the house with their rendition of Beyonce's "Single Ladies"!
