MM - Blog Idol Week 2 - Love Songs **

I made it to Blog Idol Week 2!! I honestly thought I was going to be eliminated due to the last-minute votes for almost every other song except mine, so it was a pleasant surprise to see my name on the Top 3 Blog Idol list this week!

This Blog Idol contest is seriously the most exciting thing for me so far this year, blog wise and MPG wise that is ha ha! I love music, and American Idol is my favourite reality show so to participate in Blog Idol season 3 is something I am having tons of fun with. The best part is that I still have no idea what the winner actually wins! All I know is that I just wanna remain in the contest for as long as possible and showcase my song selection for this season of Blog Idol! I love all the songs I've selected and I have faith in them to be the very best but it is also up to you to help me win this contest by VOTING and VOTING!

Okay, this week we're taking on a very tough theme, one that I love and the hardest one yet. Yes, it's the Love Songs week and everybody knows just how many great love songs are out there right?

For Week 2 Blog Idol Season 3, I am going with one of my all-time favourite love songs. A song that every girl listens to when our hearts break and the world seems to fall apart. There is nothing left to do, no hope to hold on to. You know he's never coming back and you don't want him back but until that acceptance sinks in, you need a good love song to keep you going. And this is the one. I love everything about this beautiful love song. The words, the melody the feel....makes me believe that when all else fails, there is always love.
