My Midnight Buddy!

I sometimes refer to my friend LJ as my Midnight Buddy. A typical night owl like me, we're both most active after the sun goes down, and often end up having interesting email conversations in the wee hours of the morning while everyone else is sound asleep. Last week, our conversation turned to my interest in switching to paid hosting for my perfume blog. I love discussing blog issues with LJ. She makes it easy for me to understand things that seem foreign to the less tech-savvy like me. Pretty Pink Bag!

One of the things I love most about scents shopping is the cool paper bags they come in. Besides perfumes, I love collecting pretty paper bags from all sorts of brands and stores. Whenever B asks me what I'm planning to do with all my paper bags, I usually brush him off by taking that time to show him my collection instead, so he'll eventually forget his question. Truth is, I too have no idea how or if I'll ever display my paper bag collection, but for now, I still love collecting them. What's better is when there's something inside the bag, eagerly waiting for me to uncover the scented treasure within. I asked Sher to try her best to get everything on my list, which came up to 7 items. Let's see what she managed to get me.

5 out of 7 items is definitely pretty good! My Scented List

I gave Sher a list of things I wanted from her on this trip to New York. To make things easier for her, I decided to focus only on Victoria's Secret. I usually go for VS Body Mist, but this time around I wanted to enjoy their perfumes instead. Here are my two favorite items on my list, which I hope she can easily find. By the way, I allocated RM600 for this shopping trip but I don't feel totally bad about it. I mean, I hardly splurge on anything for myself here anyway. Plus, all the stuff on my list can only be found in US so I definitely should take advantage of this opportunity to do a little shopping abroad! ;)

I can't wait for Sher to come home next week; I wonder if she managed to get everything on my list! Next, I have to prepare my list for B since he's off to Tokyo sometime soon. More scents and shopping for me, thanks to Sher and B! :)
